Transportation services for participants
Participants will be provided with transportation services for people and bicycles by shuttle buses and cycle trains, charter boat (for a fee).
About the shuttle bus (with bicycle transport service)
On the day of the event, a shuttle bus will be operated before the start and after the finish.
In addition, cycle stations will be set up in Imabari and Onomichi as bicycle transportation, storage, and delivery bases.

Notes [Please read carefully]
- Shuttle buses require advance reservations. We cannot accept same-day applications.
- Bicycles are not allowed on the shuttle bus. Bicycles will be transported by truck (separate delivery).
- If you are using the outbound shuttle bus, please leave your bicycle at the designated bicycle storage location the day before the event (Saturday, October 26).
- When using the shuttle bus, please be responsible for storing your bicycle in the special cardboard box provided by the organizer. The front wheels must be removed to store in the special cardboard box. Please prepare your own tools (Allen key, etc.) necessary for removing and assembling the front wheel and adjusting the height of the saddle.
- For vehicles equipped with disc brakes, please be sure to prepare your own pad spacers. (If you squeeze the brake lever with the wheel removed, the brake piston will pop out and the brake pad will not come off.)
- Please note that the boats is a special service and thus is subject to timetable changes.
- We will take great care in handling the luggage when transporting bicycles, but in the unlikely event that the bicycle is damaged or scratched, or the packaging is lost or stolen, the event organizer and the transport company will not be responsible for any damages or scratches during transport. About the charter boat (bicycles can be brought in)
(1) Early morning charter boat
We are planning to operate a “temporary charter boat” from Yuge Port to Imabari Port for those staying in Kamijima Town and participating in Cycling Shimanami 2024.

(2) Charter boat for F course participants
A charter boat will be operated for participants of the F course (Imabari ⇒ Kamijima) who will return to Imabari after the finish.

About cycle trains
We will operate a “cycle train” where you can bring your bicycle onto the train.
