Transportation Service for Participants
We will provide shuttle buses and cycle trains to transport “people” and “bicycles” for the participants of the event (advance registration and for a fee).
About the shuttle bus (with bicycle transportation service).
Shuttle buses will be available before the start and after the finish on the day of the event to connect each location. In addition, cycle stations will be set up in Imabari and Onomichi as bases for transporting, packing, and delivering bicycles.

- ・Shuttle buses are available by advance reservation only. No reservations will be accepted on the day of the event.
- ・Please print out the reservation confirmation e-mail or present the screen shot of your smartphone or other device when you board the bus on the day of the tour.
- ・If you use the shuttle bus for the outward journey, you can store your bicycle at the designated bicycle storage area after registration on the day before the race (Saturday, October 26).
- ・Bicycles are not allowed on the shuttle bus. Bicycles will be transported by truck.
- ・Please be sure to store your bicycles in the special cardboard box provided by the organizers. The front wheel needs to be removed before storing the bicycle in the cardboard box. Please prepare the necessary tools (e.g., Allen key) for removing and assembling the front wheel and adjusting the saddle height by yourself.
- ・For vehicles equipped with disc brakes, please be sure to prepare pad spacers by yourself. (If you hold the brake lever with the wheel removed, the brake piston will pop out and the brake pad will not come off.)
- ・The organizer and the shipping company will not be held responsible for any damage, scratches, loss, or theft of the bicycles during transportation. Please be aware of this before applying.
- ・Please note that departure and arrival times may vary depending on traffic conditions on the day of the tour.
- ・No part of the tour fee will be refunded even if you do not use the shuttle bus.
- ・Please refer to the application guidelines on the dedicated website for reservation changes and cancellations.

- ・The organizer and the shipping company will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the bicycles, or for any damage to the bicycles caused by high waves or strong winds during the transportation. Please understand this beforehand before applying.
- ・Departure and arrival times may vary depending on sea conditions on the day.
- ・The trip fee will not be refunded even if you do not use the charter boat on the day.

About Cycle train
Unlike regular carrying bicycle, we operate “Cycle train” that allows you to bring your bicycle to the train as it is.

Participants are responsible for loading and storing bicycles on the train. - ・Please print out the reservation confirmation e-mail or present the screen shot of your smartphone or other device when you board the train on the day of the tour.
- ・Please note that the schedule is subject to change due to the extra train service. Please understand in advance.
- ・We may ask you to use cushioning material to secure the bicycles on top of each other.
- ・The organizer and the shipping company will not be responsible for any damage to bicycles on the train, or for any accidents or damages for which the organizer is not responsible. Please be aware of this before applying.
- ・The trip fee will not be refunded even if you do not use the cycle trains the day.
